Jeff MacDowell, Executive Director, has 25 years of real decorative plumbing and showroom leadership. He has served as a chapter president of the NKBA, and has successfully managed over 50 showrooms in his career with experience in purchasing and worked in a buying group environment.

Peter Ollestad, Director of Business Development

An industry veteran of over 20 years. Prior to his current position as Director of Business Development at Luxury Products Group, Ollestad worked for Kohler, Strasser and Crosswater London. Throughout his career, Peter has developed a deep understanding of both the supplier and showroom side of the business. Including sales, marketing, and managing sales agencies.

Kaitlyn Isola, IMARK Director of Marketing, has worked to build trade and showroom marketing programs, spearhead operational initiatives and manage leading industry brands while working for several of the largest national plumbing distributors and supply houses in the country.
